LAWSON’S FINEST LIQUIDS “YOUR TIME TO SHINE” CONTEST
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER BUT AN INTERNET CONNECTION AND PUBLIC INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED

ELIGIBILITY: The Lawson’s Finest Liquids “Your Time to Shine” contest (the “Contest”) begins at approximately 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 04/09/25 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 05/09/25. (the "Contest Period"). Contest open to legal residents of CO, CT, MA, NC, NH, NY, NJ, ME, PA, RI, VA, and VT. Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. The following persons/entities are not eligible to participate: (1) employees of (i) Lawson’s Finest Liquids LLC (“Sponsor”), (ii) Sponsor’s advertising/promotions agencies, (iii) alcoholic beverage licensees, (iv) the parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies of any of the foregoing and (2) family members of any of the foregoing employees. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor.

HOW TO ENTER: To receive one (1) entry (“Entry”) to the Contest, visit www.lawsonsfinest.com/ShineOn and provide your name, street address (PO Boxes will not be accepted), city, state, zip code, date of birth, and email address on the form found on the page. Upload the form and your artwork that best represents you and “Your Time to Shine.” Uploaded artwork can be photographs, drawings, sketches, paintings, etc., and be in either JPEG, PDF, TIFF or AI format. No purchase is necessary to enter, but an internet connection is required. There is no limit on the number of Entries you may submit, but each Entry must be different from any of your previous Entries. A purchase will not improve chances of winning.
ENTRY CRITERIA. Your Entry is to embody and reflect what represents you and your “Time to Shine.” Entries can be in any setting, but cannot be offensive, indecent, illegal, profane, derogatory, violent, disparaging, promote the irresponsible consumption of alcohol or unsafe activities, contain any personal identification, or communicate a message inconsistent with the positive image of Lawson’s Finest Liquids beer, In addition, Entries cannot include any copyrights or trademarks owned by another person, or which infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property or other legal rights of any person or entity. If an Entry includes pictures or likenesses of other individuals, such individuals must be 21 years of age or older and have provided permission to the entrant to use the picture or likeness as part of the Entry. No group or collaborative efforts are allowed, and Entries are restricted to individual entrants only. Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor and the failure to provide permissions may result in disqualification of the Entry. Sponsor reserves the right to reject any Entry without notice that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines as not meeting the above criteria or is otherwise not in keeping with the image and reputation of Lawson’s Finest Liquids LLC or Lawson’s Finest Liquids beer. Sponsor’s decisions on timing of submitted Entries are final. By entering, you represent and warrant that (a) you are the sole owner of your Entry, (b) you are transferring and assigning to Sponsor the unlimited right to use and publish the Entry, (c) your Entry is original and no part of your Entry has previously been published anywhere for any reason, (d) you have not granted anyone any rights to use or own your Entry, and (e) your Entry meets the criteria as required in the Official Rules. Sponsor shall have the right to edit, reproduce, publish, use, adapt, exploit, modify, and distribute your Entry online, on packaging, in print, film, television, or in any other media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without compensation, notification, or approval. If consideration is required under any applicable law to support your conveyance of ownership rights conveyed to Sponsor, you agree that $1.00 is fair and adequate consideration to be paid to you by Sponsor for such ownership rights. By submitting your Entry, you agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. By submitting your Entry, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor may obtain many submissions in this Contest and that your Entry may be similar or identical in theme, content, idea, format, or other respects to others submitted, and you waive any and all claims that an Entry accepted or selected by Sponsor is similar or identical to your Entry. Sponsor is not liable in any manner for the use of any posted Entry by any unauthorized third party.

JUDGING: All eligible entries will be judged and one (1) grand prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) and one (1) first prize winner (“First Prize Winner”) will be selected based on the following judging criteria: (1) alignment with the brand and core values of Lawson’s Finest Liquids while paying homage to the Sip of Sunshine brand (0-10 points), creativity and originality (0-10 points), and ability of the image to be featured on a 16 fluid ounce can label (label measurements are 8.25” wide x 5.25” tall) (0-10 points). The entrant submitting the Entry that receives the highest total score will be deemed the Grand Prize Winner and the entrant submitting the Entry that receives the next highest score will be deemed the Second Prize Winner. In the event of a tie, the tied entries will be re-judged (0-10 points) until the tie is broken based on the criterion of brand and core values of Lawson’s Finest Liquids while paying homage to the Sip of Sunshine brand. Entries will be judged by personnel selected by Sponsor whose decisions are final. Judging will be completed within 60 days from the end of the Contest Period. Winners will be notified by email or direct message on Instagram and are subject to confirmation of eligibility. The Grand Prize and First Prize, as applicable, may also be referred to herein as the “Prize.” The Grand Prize Winner and the First Prize Winner, as applicable, may also be referred to herein as the “Winner.”

PRIZES: Grand Prize. The Grand Prize Winner will receive the following prize package: (i) bragging rights to having the Grand Prize Winner’s Entry featured on a limited release pint can of Lawson’s Finest Liquids Sip of Sunshine Ale (and limited Sip of Sunshine merchandise to be selected by Sponsor) to be available and sold at the Lawson’s Finest Liquids Taproom in Waitsfield, Vermont, (ii) $2,000 (payable by Sponsor check), and (iii) one (1) $250 Lawson’s Finest Liquids gift card for use at the Lawson’s Finest Liquids merch shop. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $2,250. First Prize: one (1) $250.00 Lawson’s Finest Liquids gift card for use at the Lawson’s Finest Liquids merch shop. The ARV of the First Prize is $250.00. The ARV of all Prizes to be awarded is $2,500.00. Any and all other costs and expenses not specifically mentioned herein including, but not limited to, all taxes, transportation, insurance, meals, beverages, gratuities, services, souvenirs, and personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of the Winner to pay.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a Prize with a prize of equal or greater value or with a company check for the stated ARV for that Prize. Grand Prize Winner will be required to provide his/her social security number along with proof of identity, age, and residency. Grand Prize Winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099. If a Winner does not respond to Sponsor’s notification of being selected as a Winner within five (5) days from date of Sponsor’s notification, or if a Winner (i) fails to complete and return any required documents within the time specified by Sponsor, (ii) is found to be ineligible, or (iii) fails to comply with the Official Rules, the Winner will be disqualified, and Sponsor will select another winner. Prize acceptance constitutes permission to use Winner’s name and address (city and state) and likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation. In the event that the Winner does not use the Prize or any portion of the Prize, there will be no reimbursement or compensation provided. By entering the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity with regard to the mechanics of the Contest or interpretation of the Official Rules. Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, or liability due to injuries (including death), damages, or losses to person or property suffered by the entrant resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Contest and from the use of any Prize.

LIMITS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and its agents and their respective officers, directors, and employees are not responsible for lost, late, delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any electronic, network, or computer or phone failures or malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmissions that may limit a user’s ability to participate in this Contest, or for any other hardware, software, or technical errors of any kind including any injury or damage to any person’s electronic equipment related to or resulting from participating in the Contest, or for other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, phone, network, typographical, printing or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of Entries, or with respect to any Contest-related materials. No refund or compensation will be provided if the Winner and/or guest of a Winner is ever asked to leave any location relating to a Prize or use of a Prize because of unruly behavior. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor. Headings are provided for convenience only. Sponsor is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, inconvenience, or loss of time arising out of any acts, omissions, or negligence, of any person including, without limitation, any person providing any service or accommodation in conjunction with a Prize, or for delays or cancellations including, but not limited to, those resulting from mechanical breakdown, closings, strikes, government action, inclement weather, sickness, injury, or Acts of God. Winner may be required to execute additional releases. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the mechanics or logistics of this Contest will be declared ineligible and may be prosecuted. All Prizes will be awarded unless Sponsor cannot obtain all required documents from the Winners. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of being conducted as planned because of tampering, intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other reason (each an “Intervening Cause”), which affects the security, fairness, or proper execution of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest. Sponsor makes no warranty as to the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any Prize awarded. Any disputes regarding this Contest shall be governed by Vermont law and resolved in courts located in Washington County, Vermont. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred by the claimant but in no event attorney fees. By participating, the entrant agrees to waive any rights to bring a claim against Sponsor as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or proceeding and waives any and all claims for punitive, incidental, and consequential damages. Void where prohibited.
