Beer Releases
We released the beginning of our barrel aged series at the end of December and if you haven’t had the chance to try these special beers we have a limited supply at our taproom and retail store! We released two variations; Fayston Maple Imperial Stout Aged in Apple Brandy Barrels and Fayston Maple Imperial Stout Brewed with Coffee & Cinnamon Aged in Apple Brandy Barrels.
Comet Session IPA will make its debut mid January, so stay tuned for the official release date. This single hop session IPA is brewed with Comet, a unique “wild American” hop that features notes of citrus zest, combined with a grassy herbal aroma. It will be available in bottles in retail and on draft at our taproom.
POWdah Day IPA is now available throughout Sugarbush Resort! After a day on the mountain swing through and enjoy a light and fluffy IPA featuring four varieties of hops, yielding a juicy character and crisp finish – perfect for après ski!

For the month of January we are hosting Family Game Night on Wednesdays. Join us at the taproom for an evening of board games, puzzles and beer! We’ll have $5 draft pours of Super Session #6, $5 pretzels and free juice boxes for kids.
Charitable Giving Program
Lawson’s Finest has chosen to pay our staff living wages and generous benefits. There is no tip obligation in the taproom. However, if guests choose to leave a donation, 100% will be given to local charitable endeavors through our Sunshine Fund.
Since we opened our Waitsfield brewery, taproom and retail store in October 2018, taproom guests have donated over $380,000 to more than 35 Vermont-based non-profit organizations.
We’ve added an application process for the Sunshine Fund. Applications for calendar year 2020 are due by 5pm on January 31, 2020.
Sunshine Fund priority is given to the following areas in the Mad River Valley and Washington County VT:
• Healthy Communities
• Food and Economic Security
• Natural Resource Protection and Sustainable Recreation in our beloved Green Mountains
January 1st-15th our taproom donations will be given to the Valley Players Theater which is a community organization whose mission is to promote cultural activities in the Mad River Valley as well as to produce dramatic, musical and other forms of the arts.
January 16th-31st our taproom donations will be given to Free Wheelin’ which provides rides to activities and medical appointments throughout Vermont for senior citizens and anyone else in the Mad River Valley unable to access transportation.

Beer Deliveries
You can Find Our Beer – Sip of Sunshine IPA, Super Session #6 and Maple Nipple (cans and draft) in Vermont, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire, New York, Philadelphia and New Jersey. Maple Nipple will be showing up at package stores and bars by the third week of January.
Vermont, be on the lookout for additional Lawson’s Finest beers in distribution! Maple Nipple and The Space In Between will be showing up the second week of January and Chinooker’d the third week. We’re excited to be able to add these additional beers to our regular distribution of Sip of Sunshine and our Super Session Series.
