Allyn’s Lodge Beer Dinner at Sugarbush

Ride the Lincoln Limo Cabin Cat or skin/hike to Allyn’s Lodge at Sugarbush, perched atop Gadd Peak, and enjoy a multi-course dinner specially paired with some of Waitsfield’s finest craft beers. We will be joining Chef Jim and serving up a fantastic five-course beer pairing meal. After dinner guests can choose to ski or ride down under the moonlight on freshly groomed terrain or take the Cabin Cat back to the base area. For those looking to earn their beer and dinner, the hike, skin or snowshoe to the Allyn’s Lodge is a strenuous hour and fifteen minutes.

Allyn’s Lodge provides an intimate atmosphere lit by candles and a crackling fire. Guests are welcomed to Allyn’s Lodge with a champagne toast, followed by an elegant five-course meal. The dinner at Allyn’s Lodge typically lasts from 6:30 – 9:00 PM. Following the fireside dinner, guests bundle up to either ski or snowboard down a freshly-groomed trail, or descend to the base in the comfort of the heated cabin cat. Skiing down in the quiet of the night heightens the senses, providing an experience many guests return for again and again. (This experience is for advanced skiers and snowboarders only.)
