Elderberry Sunset Bliss
This bright and light refresher is just what late summer called for. A peachy rum cocktail with a surge of our sour Elderberry Gose. It’s super easy to make and goes down even easier.
Honey Peach Syrup
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 medium peaches, pitted, peeled, and chopped
Directions
- Heat all ingredients in a small pot over medium heat until the honey melts.
- Let the mixture steep for at least 20 minutes.
- Strain the syrup from the peaches. Save the spent peaches to stir into yogurt or oatmeal!
- Bottle and refrigerate the honey peach simple syrup.
Directions
- Add 1 oz Rum 44, .5 oz peach honey simple syrup, .5 oz lemon juice.
- Shake and strain over ice into a Collins glass.
- Top with Elderberry Gose
